SleekChat is a platform that allows you to create, deploy, and manage OpenWebUI instances with ease. This guide will walk you through the essential steps to get started with SleekChat, from creating an account to managing your instances.

Creating an Account

Sign Up

To start using SleekChat:
  1. Navigate to the SleekChat homepage
  2. Click on the “Sign Up” button in the top navigation bar
  3. Complete the registration form with your details
  4. Verify your email address if required
  5. Once verified, you’ll be directed to the dashboard

Sign In

If you already have an account:
  1. Click on the “Sign In” button in the top navigation bar
  2. Enter your credentials
  3. Click “Sign In” to access your dashboard

Managing Instances

Creating a New Instance

To deploy a new OpenWebUI instance:
  1. Navigate to the “Instances” page from the sidebar
  2. Click the “Create New Instance” button
  3. Fill in the instance details:
    • Name (required, at least 3 characters)
    • Description (optional)
    • Select a plan (required)
    • Toggle auto-update if desired
    • Add a custom domain (available on Pro plans and above)
  4. Click “Create Instance” to proceed to checkout
Your instance will begin deploying immediately after successful payment processing.

Instance Management

Viewing Instances

Your instances are displayed as cards on the Instances page, showing:
  • Instance name and status
  • URL to access the instance
  • Creation date
  • Current status with a color-coded badge

Starting an Instance

To start a stopped instance:
  1. Find the instance card on your dashboard
  2. Click the dropdown menu (three dots)
  3. Select “Start Instance”
  4. Confirm the action in the dialog

Stopping an Instance

To stop a running instance:
  1. Find the instance card on your dashboard
  2. Click the dropdown menu (three dots)
  3. Select “Stop Instance”
  4. Confirm the action in the dialog
Stopping an instance will temporarily make it unavailable but preserve all data.

Accessing an Instance

To access your deployed OpenWebUI:
  1. Find the instance on your dashboard
  2. Click the “Open” button or the instance URL
  3. You’ll be directed to your OpenWebUI interface

Instance Details

For more detailed information and management options:
  1. Click on the instance name or the “Details” button
  2. On the details page, you can:
    • View deployment progress
    • Monitor resource usage (CPU, RAM, storage)
    • See activity logs
    • Manage backups
    • Access advanced settings

Billing and Subscription Management

Viewing Your Plan

To view your current subscription:
  1. Navigate to the “Billing” page from the sidebar
  2. Your current plan will be displayed with details on:
    • Features included
    • Usage limits
    • Billing cycle information

Managing Your Subscription

SleekChat uses Polar for subscription management:
  1. From the “Billing” page, click “Manage Subscription”
  2. You’ll be redirected to the Polar customer portal where you can:
    • Upgrade or downgrade your plan
    • Update payment methods
    • View invoice history
    • Cancel your subscription
